Muse Design Studio offers unique original designs to suit the style of your wedding or Civil Partnership, be it contemporary, traditional, formal or the most relaxed of occasions. With a Muse design you will receive a personal and hands-on service.

Muse Design Studio provide a dedicated service for both Weddings and Civil Partnerships in the form of two websites. is our dedicated service for Civil Partnerships where we are proud to say that we are fast becoming a market leader. And for wedding stationery we have . Both websites share alot of the same designs but there are many individual and unquie stationery ideas to be found on each site.

Whichever website you require the same high level of services are available, as follows:

No minimum order.
Whether you are planning a small intimate celebration or having the whole caboodle, we will not impose a minimum order. Our prices are calculated individually per item, so you won't pay more per item if you order a smaller amount.

Say what you will
The wording on each of our designs in our catalogue can be changed to say whatever will suit your special day the most. Whether you want your Invitations to read "Wedding Invitation", "An Invitation " or "We're Getting Married " we can meet your requirements at no additional cost.

Express delivery
We will always try to get your Stationery out to you as fast as possible. For when yesterday would be good we offer an express service for all your stationery needs. Once an order has been received including full payment we will endeavour to complete your order from proofs to delivery within five working days.

Please browse through our ever growing catalogue of designs, a sample from any of our collections is available upon request, We do not charge for this but we do restrict the number of samples to four designs.

Once you have chosen a design you can complete an Order form on-line, print one out or by request and we will send one out to you along with a helpful instructions page on "How to Order"

We ask that a 50% deposit is submitted at the point of order so that we can start to prepare your proofs. If your order is less than £50 excluding post and packaging then payment will be required in full. If you are ordering on-line then you will be sent a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received and you will be requested to forward the deposit.

You have the choice of receiving your proofs as PDF files via email or as hard copies via 1st class post. If your order is less than £50 you will receive complimentary proofs via email only, but hard copies are available at an additional cost of £10. A set of proofs will be sent out to you for you to check. Once you are happy that everything is ok you need to sign each item and then send them back to us, along with final payment. We do not anticipate anything being wrong with the proofs but should any errors occur we are happy for you to make any amendments, and then on receipt we will re-issue any additional proofs as required. Any alterations required after receipt of approved proofs may result in an additional cost depending on the circumstances.

Wedding Stationery.
We ensure that all of our Stationery is printed to the highest quality. All of our cards are produced from materials which are either FSC approved, Carbon Neutral or Recycled and all are from sustainable forests. As a result, whilst the finished stationery is of a distinctive high quality we pride ourselves on ensuring an affordable but eco friendly service.

All designs are produced on a specific card as a standard, depending on our personal preference. Customers can however choose to change the standard card and select an alternative from any of our premium cards at no extra charge.

All wording can be completely personalised depending on the customers requirements and as standard is printed directly onto the card of all our Stationery. The Order of Service, Order of Day and Menus all come with additional paper insert pages.

Additional items can be added to all of our designs such as ribbons, paper inserts, guest names or in some cases an upgrade in card size. Please refer to the pricelist or extras page for details.
Reply cards offer two options, the first is the standard A6 folded card and the other is a post card which has proven to be a very effective way of getting a quick response from your guests. We also believe this to be exclusive to Muse Design Studio.

We do not charge for envelopes these are complementary. You will be provided with the required amount, plus some for spares, to send and receive you stationery. We use premium quality Conqueror peal and seal envelopes for all Save the Date, Invitation and Thank You cards. Reply cards are supplied with standard gummed envelopes however premium envelopes are available upon request at an additional charge of 8p each.
We do offer additional services of printing the RSVP address and the addresses of your guests onto each envelope. These services do carry an additional charge, please see the pricelist for details.

We will always get your Stationery delivered to you as soon as possible the expected time from receipt of signed proofs will be about one to two weeks. At quieter times we aim to deliver within a week. We will send your Stationery to you by signed for delivery, to ensure it's safe arrival. There is a charge for post and packaging which can cost up to £15 if delivered within the U. K. additional charges will apply for any delivery outside of the U. K.

Bespoke Wedding Stationery
In addition we also provide bespoke stationery and would be delighted to arrange a meeting with you to discuss your individual requirements.

Organizing a Wedding from abroad can be very difficult and troublesome. If you are an expat and you are intending to get married here in the U. K one of the first hurdles is getting your Invitations to your guests, and then receiving the replies from your guests sometime before your third anniversary. For this reason we provide a "Send and Reply" service dedicated to expatriates. All that you need to do is choose a design that you like from one of our Collections and supply us with the names and address of those that you wish to invite. We will send your chosen invitation out to all of your guests and use our own address as the RSVP. Once we have all of the replies we will inform you which of your guests has accepted your invitations by email so that you have a swift confirmation of numbers.
